After 8 months of planting 3 vanilla strawberry hydrangeas I wonder if you have suggestions on how to save them? They all are doing poorly.

I’m sorry they are struggling.

In your area, it might be best to plant them where they get morning sun and afternoon shade. If the leaves were frequently drooping, they probably needed more water when the temperatures were really hot. And, water at the base of the plant in early morning rather than on the leaves in the afternoon or evening. Check out our planting and care guide for additional tips including fertilizers.
