Can I prune Amber Jubilee in the beginning of July?

I think it's alright.

Though it’s best to prune in the early spring, you can prune an Amber Jubilee Ninebark in July. They do mature 5-6’ x 4’. If the space isn’t big enough, you might consider moving it next spring. Or, just plan to prune it each spring so it fits the spot.
