Do you cut down Coralberry in the fall?

No! Back away from the pruners in the fall.

Coralberry is a wonderful plant for fall gardens. Leave the fruit on for songbirds to enjoy. Or, cut a few branches to bring in for fall arrangements. In late winter, early spring, go ahead a prune to tidy up the branches as needed. If the shrubs are overgrown and need a severe pruning to rejuvenate, early spring is also a good time for this task.
