Vanilla Strawberry Hydrangea is one that really needs cool nights in the fall for the flowers to change from white to pink and then red. Unfortunately, you can’t make it happen with fertilizer. When fall cooperates, the flower colors are beautiful. I’m glad you enjoy the flowers in the summer.
