I transplanted my Diamond Rouge in a pot, but the leaves are red and falling off now. Help!

I hope we can get your Diamond Rouge Hydrangea nursed back to good health! It has such pretty flowers. Leaves turning red and dropping off can be a sign the hydrangea is low in phosphorous. That’s the middle NPK number on the Holly-tone bag. Be certain the container has good drainage, give it some morning sun, and water every few days. Those things should help it rebound.
