If Kieffer is a European pear, can it cross-pollinate with a Tawara pear?

Interesting question!

I did a little bit of research and found that Kieffer is a cross between a communis (European) and pyrifolia (Asian) pears. And, Tawara is an Asian pear. If they flower at the same time, they can be used to cross-pollinate.

Thanks for writing!
