Is it okay to move my tulips after they are done blooming?

Absolutely! When you move them, it’s important to still keep the green leaves on (you can cut back the stems).

This is because bulbs store up their energy for the following year from the sunlight the green tops receive after flowering. Give them a few weeks after flowering before cutting off the tops. You will know it is time when the leaves turn brown. And, be sure to take advantage of the opportunity to add some bulb fertilizer to the soil when you move them to their new home.
