If the temperatures days are still in the 50’s and 60’s, it’s safe to plant an Amber Jubilee Ninebark. Be certain to really pack in the dirt around the roots so there are no air pockets. And, water well. Then, mulch to protect the roots from freezing this winter. It’s important to water new plants through the winter since the roots aren’t established yet. So, on warm days, be certain to water.
