My Diamond Rouge stems don't seem very sturdy. How can I prepare it for winter?

I've got a couple great videos for you!

You can wrap up your Diamond Rouge Hydrangea in burlap for winter but it isn’t necessary. Watch my Prepping for Winter video for tips on caring for your hydrangea. Diamond Rouge is hardy to zone 3. Pruning your hydrangea in the spring will help it grow sturdy stems next year. It’s important that you wait until early spring to work on it. My video shows how much to prune off and how to keep the rounded shape.
