My peony stopped blooming a few years ago. Anything I can do to get the blooms back?

That happened with one of my peonies too.

I realized that I had it planted in too much shade and, also, too deep. Peonies will keep flowering well over 100 years if in the right spot without a lot of care. I’m certain if you dig it up and replant it in a sunny spot and just barely covering the roots (tuber), it will flower next year.
