The rabbits have gotten to my Diamond Rouge, and now it's not flowering. What can I do?

Rabbits are cute hopping along until they stop and settle in the garden for a meal.

Here’s a couple of ideas for getting your Diamond Rouge Hydrangeas flowering again. So much green growth and no flowers could be a sign they are getting too much nitrogen and not enough phosphorous. Look for a fertilizer that has a lower first number and higher middle number in the NPK ratio. The first number is nitrogen. The middle number is phosphorous. Wait until spring to fertilize. Also, check out my video for tips on pruning hydrangeas and add pruning to your spring list.
