Why isn't my Berry White® Hydrangea blossoming?

You may need to give it more time.
Paniculata type hydrangeas, including Berry White, produce flower buds a little bit later than other hydrangeas. While waiting, apply fertilizer with an NPK ratio that has a higher P than the N and K. P (phosphorus) is the nutrient that helps produce flowers. A higher N (nitrogen) will grow leaves and no flowers. Also, be certain it gets plenty of water.
